Thomas More International Days - fire risks of energy transition
Guest lecture for 2nd-year buiding and architecture students during the International Days of Thomas More University of applied sciences (Belgium). The focus of the guest lecture will be new fire risks, due to energy transition in the built environment. Creating timber buildings, using PV panels and biobased insulation material will introduce new fire risks, not prevented by the building code.
